Something exciting is coming to New Malden…

A structured weekly programme for Muslim boys & girls to grow in confidence, build strong character, and strengthen their connection with their deen.
At Deen Discovery, we believe that learning Islam should be both meaningful and engaging. Our current clubs are built around interactive learning, discussions, activities, and small-group support, and The Deen Space builds on that same approach for older boys & girls.
The Deen Space is a structured weekly programme designed especially for Muslim teens in secondary school. It is a space where they can learn, reflect, grow in confidence, and build positive friendships in a safe and welcoming environment.
This is more than just a youth club.
Itβs a space to belong, grow, and become your best self.

Our approach
Our aim is not only to teach knowledge, but to help boys & girls develop a genuine connection with their deen and understand how it applies to their everyday lives.
Each session includes:
π Quran Learning
Supportive small-group reading to build confidence and fluency.
π§ Understanding Islam
Short, structured presentations on key topics such as identity, character, and purpose.
π¬ Real-Life Application
Guided discussions connecting Islamic teachings to real-life experiences.
π Engaging Activities
Creative, practical, and interactive activities that reinforce learning.
Our approach focuses on building:
- Love for the Quran
- Strong Islamic identity
- Confidence in living as a Muslim
We aim for every teen to leave each session not only having learned something new, but feeling more connected to her faith.
What makes The Deen Space different?
Many youth spaces focus mainly on hanging out. The Deen Space is different.
We combine:
- Quran learning
- Islamic understanding
- Structured presentations and discussion
- Fun, engaging activities
- A warm social environment
Each session is designed to be meaningful, enjoyable, and age-appropriate.
What a session looks like
Each 90-minute session is structured to balance learning, reflection, and enjoyment.
A typical session may include:
- Quran reading in small groups
- A short presentation on the topic of the week
- Guided discussion and reflection
- A creative, practical, or team-based activity
- Time to socialise and build friendships
This follows the wider Deen Discovery style of combining focused learning with engaging activities in a structured environment
Why parents choose Deen Discovery
Deen Discovery offers interactive, engaging Islamic learning with hands-on activities, discussion, and a fun environment.
The Deen Space brings that same ethos to an older age group in a way that is more tailored, more structured, and more relevant to boys & girls navigating the secondary school years.
